Returns & exchanges

Unopened, resalable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Clearance closeouts, custom-cut fabric and matting, and opened paint or adhesives are final sale.

Report damage or picking errors within 5 business days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost, with a prepaid return label when needed.
